Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:
PSPX4 any version will work

Let's get started

In psp open the template

Click on right black square selection select all flat defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice resize 50%
selection invert delete select none add an inner bevel of choice
delete the original layer

Click on left black square do the same as in #2 above

Click on left side frame two selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed delete select none
delete the original layer on the tube lower the opacity to 75

Click on right side frame fill do the same as in #4 above

Copy and paste your tube pf choice again position in middle of tag
duplicate move the original under all the words click on the top tube
erase the part that is over the words

From the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white background layer save as a png
ALL DONE
